Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Get Timeless Luxe. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Return Window:
    • Items must be shipped back within 15 days from the original shipment date.
  • Item Condition:
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories.
    • Authenticity tags or certificates must remain attached and intact.
    • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components due to reasons not caused by Get Timeless Luxe will not be eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Final sale items, customized orders, and intimate wear are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Reason for the return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and shipping options.

Return Shipping Options

  1. Prepaid UPS Label:
    1. A prepaid UPS return label is available for a $14.99 fee.
    2. You can access and print the label via your account under "My Purchases."
  2. Self-Shipment:
    1. Customers may return items via their preferred carrier at their own expense.
    2. This is the only available option for international returns.

Refund Processing

  • Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit based on customer preference.
  • Processing Time:
    • Refunds are typically processed within 4 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
    • For premium designer bags (e.g., Hermès Birkin or Kelly bags), processing may take up to 10 days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective item).

2. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If you received an item that is not as described or has a defect, please contact us at timelessluxe@outlook.com immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
